The team at Amex had a great cocktail making afternoon in Liquid Cellar along Boat Quay.  As you can see from their smiley faces, they sure had a great time bonding over alcohol!

For the team cocktail session, once team got so carried away that they made THREE cocktails just to show that they could! Well done guys!

SAF Foundation Day at Seletar Camp - HPB's Binge Drinking Campaign (30 Jul 10)

Okay - the message from HPB to all army guys - don't binge drink!  Drinkdings conceptualised this Beer Goggles game - where the guys had to wear the beer goggles (a pair of thick plastic glasses which simulate your vision when you are drunk) and step on 5 tiles of the same colour: ALWAYS-KNOW-WHEN-TO-STOP.  As you can see, the guys were not very successful in keeping their feet within the squares!

And for those of you who are wondering, what exactly is binge drinking? If you have more than 5 drinks in one session (or 4 for ladies), you are considered to be binge drinking.  check out these links for more information on the effects of binge drinking:

We taught the Energizer regional team how to mix 3 cocktails, then put them to the test to create their very own team cocktail without speaking!  But first, which I(ngredient) are you?  What do you bring to your team's cocktail?  As you can see, they had a blast!

The winning team took home a set of Drinkdings drink slogans luggage tag and a mini Stirrings cocktail mixer.

Unilever's Unity in Diversity (30 Apr 09)

Ice-cream unites us all indeed! and so do cocktails! This was a totally way out event. The Unilever international team were in Singapore for a corporate updates meeting and ended their week-long thinking session with this colourful event where everyone was dressed from a different country. Drinkdings served up 5 country-themed cocktails and a selection of international beers, while everyone was entertained by performers representing the different continents - snake charmers, chinese dancers, indian bhangra ...

I remember the event organiser calling us 5 times just before the event - apparently, a few performers had bailed on her and she was worried we'd not show up! We'd never do that! How unprofessional of them.

Aboard the Harbour Queen - Standard Chartered's Management Cruise

Setting up our mobile bar on the boat was rather fun, albeit a little challenging. No room for tardiness - the boat docked at the pier at 530, we boarded with all our gear, glasses, mixers, alcohols, and the boat left 10 minutes later. While we were setting up, the vessel was actually on a little side cruise to nowhere.

Here's Kat showing off our "handiwork", although she looks pretty composed right now, not a few minutes earlier! It was squeezy, rocky, and slippery... and lesson one: don't wear heels on a boat .. actually, change that to "don't wear heels at any event we have to set up for!"

Getting the decorations up on the deck was a tad more tricky, as the waves rocked the boat gently, and the wind threatened to whip away our chiffons.

Managed to snap a few quick shots of the bar in action before I bounded off the Harbour Queen.

Crossed our fingers that all would be well at sea as we watched the Harbour Queen sail off into the Marina South sunset, ballon arch still in place.

Accenture's Christmas Eve Office Celebration (24 Dec 08)

The spacious .. what do we call it... 'pantry'? (it's got a large bar top, with drinks dispensers, discussion table that look like chic coffee joints') was turned into a massive office party area for the drink-loving Accenture staff. Once a year, the teams from all over the island gather in their HQ for some teambonding and party making. Drinkdings had a chance to add to the festivities with our cocktails, beer and log cakes, and a team of 10 bartenders to serve to the 500 odd crowd. Merry Christmas everyone! And here's us with Carine, one of our first supporters for Drinkdings!

Starwood Hotels Office Xmas Party (12 Dec 08)

Drinkdings was invited to serve at Starwood Hotel's Office Party for the Christmas season. It was a fun filled office evening of dress up, cocktails and beer for the exuberant and expressive team at Starwood. Check out the fancy dress! Grown ups in school uniforms, and even one in drag!
