Singapore Sling Competition 19th May 2014 @ Mars Bar Duxton Hotel

Cherry Heering's prestigious annual competition, the Peter. F. Heering Sling AWard, calls for bartenders to create their own interpretation of the classic cocktail, the Singapore Sling. The exciting prize includes two nights in Berlin, 500 Euro and a stunning new shaker. Not to forget that the winner will get the glory of being crowned the winner of this esteemed global competition too.

Held at Sopra Cucina & Bar, with a feel of old-school cinema, at Pan Pacific Hotel, Chik conducted the love potion workshop, teaching 50 participants how to shake passionate cocktails on 15 February.

On 8 February at 42A Philips Ave, the atmosphere was so festive with many guests resplendent in red wear!
